Welcome to Circles, a social event-planning and group communication app. By accessing or using Circles, you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Circles, you agree to abide by these ToS. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including beta testers and production users.

2. Eligibility

Circles is open to all users regardless of age. By using the app, you confirm you have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

• • Users must create an account to use Circles.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

• • Users may post content within circles only. Content is not visible to the general public unless otherwise enabled.
• • You retain ownership of your content but grant EventStack a non-exclusive license to operate and display content within the app.
• • Users must not spam invitations or misuse group messaging features.
• • EventStack reserves the right to remove content or ban accounts for abuse or violations.

5. Payments

• • Currently, Circles does not include any paid features.
• • Any future payment features will be governed by additional terms.

6. Third-Party Services

• • Circles may use third-party services, including Google Maps, to provide functionality.
• • By using Circles, you agree to comply with the terms of those third-party services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Spam or misuse group messaging
• • Engage in illegal activities using Circles
• • Attempt to disrupt or hack the app

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• • Circles is provided "as is" and without guarantees of any kind.
• • EventStack is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues resulting from your use of Circles.
• • You use the app at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from Circles shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

10. Modifications

EventStack may update these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app or on our website. Continued use of Circles constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.

11. Termination

EventStack may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these ToS.
